We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Applications for personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Modify, decompile, or reverse engineer any software contained in the Applications.

• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

3. Third-Party Services and Content

Our Applications, specifically WatchWorld, aggregate streaming availability data. We do not host, provide, or stream any media content. You acknowledge that:

• We are not affiliated with any streaming services or Virtual Private Network (VPN) providers mentioned within the Application.
• It is your sole responsibility to ensure your use of VPNs and third-party streaming platforms complies with their respective Terms of Service.
• Availability data is subject to change without notice, and we do not guarantee the real-time accuracy of media catalogs.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Applications (excluding third-party data and logos) are and will remain the exclusive property of Spiley. The Applications are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Applications are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the Applications, or the information, content, or materials included. We specifically disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spiley shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Applications.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Applications after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
